The plot is: Godou Kusanagi, a former middle school baseball player who had to retire due to injury, is asked by his grandfather to return a stone tablet to a friend in Sardinia named Lucretia Zola. After meeting the demonically manipulative sword-mistress Erica Blandelli, he encounters the god of war, Verethragna. After killing the god, Godou becomes a Campione, or god slayer. Reasons for Campiones to be so OP
I think Campione are so powerful because
1. They never ever think that they can be defeated.
2. They think even if their opponent is impossibly powerful , this doesn't make them sure of their victory.

Paradox of the Harem
Rama said he list to Godou in the past and Sita said he resembles the Campione that defeated Rama and the Campione that she is under his protection. Does anyone thinks Yuri which is the descendant of Sita also the the descendant of Godou?

End of Campione
It's recently come to my attention that Campione will end with Vol 21.
I think it's rather sad, as I have enjoyed it.
Though who knows. There may be a sequel, much like A Certain Magical Index got.

Godou's authority combo
Do guys think that Godou will overcome the limit of using one incarnation per day? I believe that it'll be great if he can change into those forms more than once.
What will happen to Athena Prediction (for vol 9)
Title states all, I'm not sure if vol 8 will be finish 1st or vol 9 (translation wise). but like i say what will happen to Athena in volume 9, her fate. I will not states why i ask such question, for thoses who have not read the small amount of translated chapter yet for them to guess on their own.
Ame no Murakumo no Tsurugi's powers
Since it's been revealed that Ame no Murakumo no Tsurugi can channel and transform the power of Godou's other Authorities, what kind of abilities do you think he can get by combining the others with it?
We know that using the Goat (lightning) with Ame no Murakumo no Tsurugi produces Magnetism. So what else may he have gotten.
Funny, with that one Authority/Weapon, he's doubled his arsenal of abilities.
If Campione's Characters were High School DxD's Characters
A fun little topic. Well I assume most of the active editor here have readed or already reading High School DxD light novel so most of you guy will know most of their Characters; so this topic is which Characters from here is like there. You can mix two or more Characters if one is not enough.
Here are some Example (you may agree or disagree with my example):
Yuri Mariya = Asia Argento (Innocent)
Shizuka Kusanagi = Koneko + Ravel Phenex (harsh word part)

What do you think are some of the Authorities Godou might gain if he fights and kills a specific Heretic God.

Campione Editor Corner (random talk)
We all editor here login or not, I just feel like creating a “corner” for people to talk about some of edit or added pages. Like complains or randomly think about adding stuff or new page or need help on certain edit or asking for grammar check or like you don’t want people a touch a certain page until you touch it first. Something likes that. That what this “corners” all about I hope.
Campione anime - Question (random)
Since I hasn’t seen the anime (yet) and I don’t mind spoiler (if warn before hand) I’m ok. Anyway here some random question I like to throw out there so I don’t have asked in a different title just to ask (waste of post, I think). Anyway here are the questions:
Since its base off the novel, Which volume do you think is the last episodes for the anime?
Which Characters will or will not show up in the anime even if it include in the volume they going through?
And this is for me (since I hadn’t seen it yet), in your opinion does the voice actor fit the Characters they playing?
Predicting the number of episode (Campione Anime)
Just like the title stated, predict how many anime episode they going make before they end. Will they be 12-13 episodes or a 24-26 episodes. Me, I say it be 12-13 episodes

If a Campione kill Athena, what powers will they get?
If you read the novel (translated or not) or watch the anime (which i hasn't yet) you should know that Athena have
several other name and several different powers. So I assuming that Athena have several Authorities if you kill her. That just me assuming but it a good assumption because here are some of the power that she shown (base on the novel because I have not seen the anime yet to see their different):
- Power over darkness
Control of snake and dragon
Wisdom
Control of Owl (related to darkness & death)
So what you guys think?
Why the limits?
In the Light Novels it's indicated that Godou has limits to his usage of his divine authorities that other Campione do not have, and I'm curious as to why that is.
Is it possibly because he's subconciously surpessing the powers or limiting them because he doesn't want them?
Predictions
We've already seen gods from greek mythology and several others, it makes me wonder just which gods from which religions will see as the series progresses.
Does anyone have any ideas?
