Appearance

Susanoo has the appearance of a middle-aged man with a body that would put weightlifters to shame. He has white hair and wears oriental clothes.

Personality

Susanoo seems rather mellow, as he even allows Ena to get away with calling him Grampsy, and asking Godou to call him Old Man. Still, he will not allow those who are not at least Campione, if not gods, to be in his presence.

Powers & Abilities

Susanoo is an immensely powerful god with power over storms and has powers tied to steel and metal, though the specifics of these haven't been revealed yet. He has, however, shown the power to open portals to the world of the living and draw people in. He also has the ability to turn women into combs.

He once commanded the sword Ame no Murakumo no Tsurugi, possibly in the form of a Subordinate God, which is now an Authority of Godou Kusanagi.

• Susanoo was revealed to have been driven into the Netherworld by the King of the End.
• Susanoo is based on the god of the same name of Shinto, who is a brother to Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi, and he was the one who slew the legendary eight-headed, eight-tailed serpent, Yamata no Orochi.
• Susanoo can be summoned to the Living World during the Great Rite of Purification, even if he doesn't really want to be.
